Honestly, just from looking at the name and CD cover, I thought I was going to hate this…But I was wrong, they don’t suck. Their sound is fast, and poppy at the same time. Though not really THAT poppy. The CD was produced by Matt Vanleuven and Chris Fogal (The Gamits, Love Me Destroyer) so the band has a similar sound to those bands. Track 5 starts off with a slow piano tune, kind of reminds me of the sad walk away music from the Incredible Hulk haha. For being a young band, I’m impressed with Commodes and look forward to hearing more songs soon.

Bottom Line: Decent young punk band from Colorado.
