The sun is shining, I got a whole day ahead of me, and the city is calling. Not the mindframe to review Dudley Saunders, alt-country mopester. I never got why country artists are so sad; I mean, at least goth artists have good reason to be upset, considering they’re pasty and lame. These young alt-country whippersnappers have a lot going for them; if only they’d stop singing about dusty lonely highways filled with locusts and dead birds and broken-down trucks and dumb shit like that.
