I’m 50/50 when it comes to female singing in punk rock, ska, and rock. Either the music is really good with catchy songs. Or the female singer is just downright annoying. The later is how I feel about Jerra. Her voice is irritating like Courtney Love. Maybe it’s the effect on the CD that makes her voice annoying.

There were a few songs I didn’t turn off, and that’s always a good thing. The music did grow on me as the CD went along. This isn’t THAT bad, since its Jerra’s debut full length. I think females will like this CD the most.

Bottom Line: Fans of Bikini Kill, Veruca Salt and slow female rock will like this. I didn’t.
