The younger siblings of Morgan Heritage and children of Reggae’s Denroy Morgan, are showing they are just not the kids from around the block. With their 4th studio album, “London 2 Paris” is bringing LMS in the direction they have been seeking for some time now. With roots in reggae, the trio have found that Hip Hop, Pop, dancehall play a big part in their recordings.

While the production, lyrics and music are at its heights, I found to enjoy prior records, because they had less emphasis on hip hop, for instance with songs like “Cease All Wars,” or “Zion Gates.” “London 2 Paris,” have a few songs that I enjoyed that still stay true to their older records like “Jah Soldiers,”Walk Wit Jah,” and “London 2 Paris.”

Bottom Line: 4th Album from Brooklyn NY trio has heavy emphasis on hip hop dancehall, with touches of roots reggae, yet is still enjoyable to listen to.
Notable Tracks: Jah Soldiers, Rasta Flex, London 2 Paris
