Very catchy rock band that sound similar to Jimmy Eat World, Get Up Kids, and even the Goo Goo Dolls. The CD production is great and that’s probably because Ed Rose (Get up Kids, The Anniversary, Reggie and the Full Effect, Ulitmate Fakebook, etc.) produced the album. So if you like those type of bands, you know what to expect with Long Since Forgotten. I’m not sure if this band is popular yet but I’m betting they will be shortly. Their sound is perfect for alternative rock stations and I can totally see this band on there. I’d rather listen to this than the generic indie rock/noisecore/post hardcore crap that I always receive in the mail to review. I believe this is their 3rd release or so, but you think they way they sounded on this CD they have been together for 7 releases. Definitely worth checking out if you like the more mainstream rock, even though these guys might not be mainstream yet.

Bottom Line: Rock band that’s going places.
