This is a 40th anniversary edition CD that marks the passing of one of the world’s greatest Crooners, Nat King Cole. I never got into Nat King Cole’s music until now, and never really listened to his music. Well besides the popular ones like “Unforgettable” “Mona Lisa” and “Route 66.” I love music from Sinatra, Martin and Darin so I’m not sure why I never got into Nat King Cole before. That’s all changed though because this CD is amazing. It details his work on Capitol Records and features all his classic hits. This Cd is really great to just put in the background when friends are over. If I had to choose between which styles I prefer his music, I love his music when he’s playing the piano. I never knew “Quizas, Quizas, Quizas” was done by Cole because I immediately recognized that as the Coupling theme song. Me being the complete moron that I am, never realized that was a cover haha. But anyway, this CD has 28 tracks on it and it’s totally worth buying.

Bottom Line:
Notable Tracks: “Smile” “Router 66” “Quizas, Quizas, Quizas”
