Who would have thought little High Schooler’s can actually rock. Based in California, Orange was noticed by Hellcat by playing numerous showcases in LA, and would eventually lead to this record, their debut. Orange sounds like Rancid a bit but subtract about 20 years in age. The vocals are the one thing that bothers me at times on this record. The choruses annoy me, and his voice sounds like Tim Armstrong, with a slight British accent. Other than that, the band has a bright future. I”m curious how they perform and sound in five years with some experience on the road behind them.

Bottom Line: Debut record that isn’t so bad, with some of the vocals irritating me, but with a little fine tuning it will be much better
Notable Tracks: Why Won’t She Go Out With Me, No Rest for The weekend
