It’s been awhile since we have heard from The Porkers. Released around the same time as their exciting and fun live cd, “Live at Nakanoshima” “Now Hear This,” was bit of a letdown. To me, only a few tracks stood out like “The List,” and “Swinging Like Tiger Woods,” but the rest of the album lacked. I love The Porkers but when there is an EP record, I was hoping more for all the tracks to hit a home run.

Bottom Line: Not as strong as the band has been in the past, but with EPs its hard to get an overall sense of satisfaction with just a few tracks. Half the album isn’t bad.
