An album of promising midtempo dance beats but with unbearably embarrassing faux-hop white guy vocals. The first track might be the worst, with him imploring you like a self-conscious fan of Cypress Hill to “come on down, come on down, bring the bass and jack the sound!”

The rest of the album is similar, but there’s slight evidence of rockitude. I particularly like the fuzzy guitars and light world music melodic influences. If this guy heavily distorted his vocals and sped up the music and added some evil trashiness, he could be kind of Ministry-ish, although not as good and 20 years late.
