Is this the 80s? Is this band from England? No and No. She Wants Revenge is clearly influenced by new wave bands like Depeche Mode, The Cure and Joy Division. The group mixes new wave, dance rock and DJing and its just a sound you don’t really hear too often. I just can’t take this band seriously. Are they targeting kids locked in their rooms, with the lights off and writing poetry? I don’t know, I just can’t help but think of the song “Send Me An Angel” when listening to this band.

Bottom Line: A band trying to be like a 80’s new wave band. Just doesn’t work.
