I really liked the few songs I’ve heard on comps, but I’m not crazy about this album… Most of the songs are overlong and repetitious (especially the dopey “Let Go Rock n’ Roll”), and they seem to confusedly bounce between melodic punk (“Stupid,” “Backpack Girlfriend”) and mid-tempo indie (“Little Dizzy,” “Headrest”). There are a couple of good songs and the vocals are strong, so I definitely look forward to hearing more of their stuff.
