They’ve been around, but this is my first time hearing them. Now I’ve got to go back and get everything else they’ve done – they are psych-pop brilliance.

The press kit calls them “bubblegum psych” which is a good term – they’re creative and crazy but sickly sweet. Sorta like the Flaming Lips wrapped in cotton candy. The songwriting is tremendous – arrangements are dizzyingly complex and yet it’s so easy to get into. Fun!
