Maybe these guys should have called themselves Catch 23? haha! Exmembers of Catch 22 and One Cool Guy combine forces and come out with a fast ska punk style just like Catch 22’s “Keasbey Nights”. The song “Point/Countpoint” is a perfect example of this. But I’m sure the band wants to clear away from the similarities of Catch 22. Some of the tracks start off slow and kick in gear towards the middle. The horn playing is done well and vocalist’s voice sounds the best when singing fast. If you think ska punk is dying down then you’re sadly mistaken!

Bottom Line: Streetlight Manifesto will become a huge success with ska punk fans.
