Featuring members of Thursday, Streetlight Manifesto and The Fiendz, SoL plays long, downtempo emo and ballady stuff. Yes, it’s awful. Joe Darone fronts the band, and while he isn’t a good singer to begin with, he’s passable in other bands. Here, he’s trying to sing slow cheesy stuff at all different keys, and he misses them all. He constantly sounds like someone’s squeezing his balls, which I guess also explains the music.
