The Oswald Effect play fast rock n’ roll and sort of sound similar to Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters and other bands like that. Or at least try to. The first track “Lie to the People” isn’t that great but I liked their second song a lot better. It’s called “The Names They Seem To Stick.” After that, the album is hit or miss. It’s a bit too garage rock for my liking.

Bottom Line: Eh, this is okay. Just not for me
