Bob Dylan fans have never heard his songs done like this before. Performed
by several big names in the reggae business, “Is It Rolling Bob” is a
compilation disc filled with nothing but Dub versions of Bob Dylan classics. Just like the originals, you can’t understand the words, as is most Dub is instrumental reggae. Featuring Luciano, Michael Rose, Gregory Isaacs, Beres Hammond, and Toots Hibbert to name a few. I was never a big fan of Dub. I always preferred the original versions of the songs because Djs tend to drag the song on and on, and add psychedelic shit to it. Perhaps that is why I wasn’t digging the record.

Bottom Line: Fans of dub will love it, otherwise people will be bored with it.
