And the series continues with swing songs from ska/swing bands. The first song is an excellent song done those Cats called Royal Crown Revue. Then Skavoovie and The epitones do a cool song called “She Sure Can Cook.” Unsteady do a layback swing song called “One for the Road.” R.C.R do another good song called “The Rise and Fall of the Great Mondello.” His voice in that song sounds so much like “Old Blue Eyes.” Other songs that I enjoyed were “Caldonia” Slimstyle Recording artists New Morty Show, “Groovin Up,” the Scofflaws, and “Swamp Thang,” Hipster DaddyO and the Handgrenades. The only thing I don’t like about the series in the Ska the Third Wave series is the artwork. Coming from an art major, the artwork definately needs work. Overall for this Cd, I like it because I’m starting to get into swing.
