Apparently it doesn’t take much to make Milwaukee famous. This band does the casio-pop-meets-garage thing, usually with Strokes-like guitar and vocals, but it’s nothing earth-shattering. They’re decent and could be better if they weren’t so watered-down… Even though the band is from Austin, Texas, I do see a parallel between their music and Milwaukee – they’re both decent but forgettable.

Bottom Line: Slightly eclectic garage-pop, yet bland.
