This is the DVD to own this year! This 2 disc DVD is what I’ve been waiting for as soon as I saw Gladiator. The transfer is excellent, picture and sound are superb. The deleted scenes was a treat to watch. The best part of that feature was the thing called “Treasure Chest” which included a montage of deleted scenes played by music, which also included some songs that weren’t on the soundtrack. Another good feature on this DVD was the interviews with musical composer Hans Zimmer. The only thing wrong with that part is that they didn’t show Hans playing his music at all. If you want to see my full review of this movie, go to the Movie Reviews section. This DVD is definitely worth getting and would be a great present for the holiday season.
