Lyrics:

I always see the same things when i close my eyes
I am always hoping I could clear my mind
The son of my father and the son of sam
The daughter of my mother and another mans hand

The prisons seem endless in a soulless land
A still life painting of a still born man
Searching for reason with irrational plans
Malnourished children hugging Uncle Sam.

i know

listening to our own conversation
watching our own gestation
whispering our own frustration
encouraging our own starvation

i know

There is no justice there are only lies
There are no prisons there is only crime
There is no health there are only goodbyes
There are no truths there is only disguise
There is no heaven there are only fires
There are no states there is only attire
There is no nation there are only cease fires
There are no wars there is only desire
There is only you for you to recognize.

I always see the same things when i close my eyes
I was just hoping i could clear my mind
The son of my father and the son of Sam
The daughter of my mother and another mans hand
