Music Video: Wheeler Brothers – “My Time”

Wheeler Brothers premiered the music video for the song “My Time,” from their new album Gold Boots Glitter (Bismeaux Records), exclusively at RollingStone.com. Currently on the road, Wheeler Brothers recently announced a slate of new Spring and Summer tour dates to the growing tour itinerary in support of their new album. Upcoming shows feature slots on major summer festival dates including the burgeoning Firefly Music Festival, the 11th annual Forecastle Festival, historic Newport Folk Festival and the eclectic three-day music fest Lollapalooza in Chicago. Continuing to be a family affair while following in the footsteps of their debut recording Portraits, the Wheeler Brothers second full-length album Gold Boots Glitter traces a personal lineage of rock, folk, roots, Americana, and blues.
Wheeler Brothers have spent their fair share of time on the road, along the way opening for The Avett Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Drive-By Truckers, and have appeared at festivals including SXSW, Austin City Limits, and many others. The band made their national television debut on Last Call with Carson Daily and received widespread acclaim from tastemakers including Rolling Stone, Paste Magazine, AOL Spinner, The Washington Post, Elmore Magazine, and The Austin Chronicle to name a few. The bands’ debut album Portraits swept the”Austin Music Awards” at SXSW 2012, winning “Best New Band”, “Best Roots Rock Band”, “Best Acoustic Guitar” (Nolan Wheeler), “Best Bass” (Tyler Wheeler), and “Best Miscellaneous Instrument” (A.J. Molyneaux for lap steel). Additionally, their label Bismeaux Records was named “Best Local Label”.
