Sammy Kay is back with new music but needs your help in getting it released! He has started up a BigTun.es campaign and ends in 48 days! Sammy’s latest album will be a bit of a departure from his usual ska/rocksteady sound. I’m fine with that, I love Sammy’s singing voice! Help him out here.

This was recorded by Pete “The Pete” Steinkopf of The Bouncing Souls at Little Eden in Asbury Park with guest musicians Pete Steinkopf, Vic Ruggiero and Ara Babajian of The Slackers, Mike Corvasce and others. There’s lots of things you can purchase for the campaign like digital downloads, shirts, acoustic shows, and yes even a date with the one and only Sammy Kay. I’ll take 2 dates please haha.

These records are a departure from his ska roots but really captures the emotion and feelings of when they were recorded. It was a very trying time for all of us – especially for Sammy and he pulled through a stronger person and a better musician. This record is honest and real – almost autobiographic. We are honored to be a part of it and we ask all of you to help make it happen and if you can’t preorder it, repost this and help us get the word out.
