Santa Monica, CA Takeover Records is the featured label for the month of June on both SmartPunk.com and DownloadPunk.com, and for good reason. This month the label is not only unleashing a new Web site and a new online store (complete with all-new Takeover merchandise), but also the first releases the label has seen in months: A reissue of Yellowcard’s Where We Stand is set to drop on June 28th, as is the second album in the label’s 3-Way series.

The Takeover Records 3-Way, Issue #2 is a collection of acoustic and unreleased tracks from The Matches (Epitaph), Reeve Oliver (The Militia Group) and Takeover’s own NearMiss. Yellowcard’s Where We Stand reissue features never before seen video footage from early Yellowcard shows, a 24-page photo album and collector’s edition packaging.
