Los Angeles- The Honorary Title kicked off their national summer tour May 24th in Memphis TN supporting Lucero. The debut full length “Anything Else But The Truth” was released in June of last year and has received critical acclaim from everyone from Rolling Stone to Blender.

This April, The Honorary Title were honored to be the second band to perform live on FUSE’s daytime hit “Steven’s Untitled Rock Show.” They have had two videos airing on FUSE, one for “Bridge and Tunnel” and more recently a new video for “Everything I Once Had” which has also been added to Subterranean on MTV2. The Honorary Title’s music has also been featured on several WB shows including two separate episodes of One Tree Hill. In the summer of 2004, The Honorary Title was a nominee for the Shortlist Music Prize, nominated by fan and fellow artist Chris Carraba of Dashboard Confessional. The Honorary Title features Jarrod Gorbel / guitar, lead vocals, Aaron Kamstra / bass and keyboards, John Wiley keyboards/guitar and Adam Boyd on drums.

The Honorary Title toured late last year with Switchfoot and recently completed the Alternative Press Tour which also featured Straylight Run, Minus the Bear, Gratitude and Spitalfield. The Honorary Title is on Doghouse Records where both The Get Up Kids and the All-American Rejects got their start.
