Long anticipated record from the ‘Souls, which has definitely matured their sound over the years. I think it was for the better, because this record is great. So many anthems to sing along to at the shows like “True Believers,” “True Song,” and “Manthem.” Some have argued that the Bouncing Souls have gone soft in their last two records and to me that is crap because I think those are the Bouncing Souls best records and has garnered them a huge fan response. “How I Spent My Summer Vacation,” is indeed a worthy album and you would be a fool if you didn’t get it.
