Sorry Folks, No Image Is Here.

Ballyhoo! is a perfect band to listen to in the Summer. Their latest single “Halo (Beautiful Day)” was made into a music video using a mixture of fan videos, band footage and live concert footage. If this doesn’t make you in the mood for Summer, there is no hope for you.

The reggae/rock band Ballyhoo! released their new EP Halo on Tuesday via Right Coast Records – available now on iTunes and streaming on Spotify and MSN Music. The band has also teamed up with GuitarWorld to premiere the fan-created music video for the EP’s title track “Halo (Beautiful Day),” a song produced by the legendary John Feldmann (Neon Trees, Goldfinger, The Used).

The 3-track EP also features “The Lazy Song” (Bruno Mars cover) which the band offered for free with pre-order of the EP and immediately debuted at #6 on the iTunes Reggae charts. Feldmann brings out the band’s punk energy and pop reggae grooves to the track, reinforcing the band as a fan-loving powerhouse.

The band will celebrate the new release on their upcoming headlining #SuperHappyFunMoneyTour 2014 Summer Tour with support from fellow Maryland band Bumpin Uglies plus Arizona’s own Fayuca. The tour will run kick-off on July 18th in Cleveland, OH and take the band from the East Coast across the Midwest to California, back through Texas and Florida, then back home to the East Coast with a massive homecoming show with details TBA soon. The band’s summer dates also include massive gigs with some of the biggest names in the genre – 311, Matisyahu, Sublime with Rome and more.
