Chicago’s power-pop-punk outfit Riverdales have leaked two tracks from their upcoming studio album, Tarantula, slated to be released this July on a yet-to-be-named label. Sounds great so far! new Riverdales material is always good news! I just want to know when is the NYC date? Philly gets shows but we don’t? LAME!

Riverdales are playing a few one off shows in the States. Most follow the day(s) after performances by Screeching Weasel. Look for more dates to be announced soon.

Riverdales is made up of Screeching Weasel bassist Dan Vapid and guitarist Ben Weasel. The Riverdales’ original run lasted from 1994-1997. They reformed in 2003 to record their third album, Phase 3, and then parted ways until they once again reformed in 2008 and released a fourth album, Invasion USA, in July, 2009.
