It’s a no brainer that girl-fronted rock bands are coming out of the woodwork to jump on that Paramore train. Picture Me Broken are one of those bands.

The first song starts off cool, until the singing. The song has some awesome guitar riffs, but then the vocalists called “Brooklyn” sings. For bands like this, I just can’t help but think of Paramore and Hayley Williams. I know people get influenced by them, but the point of copying is just sad. I guess the one part where they sound nothing like them is when the singer screams like a possessed gremlin. I guess they try to stand out in some way, so they do that oh so scary screaming…rrrooooaaarrrr. I think I’ll pass…

Bottom Line: Paramore + “spooky” screaming = Picture Me Broken
