Pato Banton & The Reggae Revolution, performing live from a reggae festival in Germany during his tour in 2001. Pato and band deliver high energy, postiive vibrations and words of wisdom. As the crowd warms up to Pato, he breaks out the heavy hitting performance and leaves them wanting more. In between songs, Pato speaks with the crowd regarding several the songs and things going on in the world. He spends that time discussing peace, the miracle of birth, and his writings to President Clinton regarding the legalization of Marijuana. He brings up good points about the plant. I dislike it, but he brings up that marijuana does not kill people like cigarettes & cancer or alcohol & drunk driving.

With over an hour and half of live footage, you witness a great performer in Pato Banton and The Reggae Revolution, playing his hits like “Now Generation,” “Gwarn,” and “Life is A Miracle,” along with Bob Marley’s classic “Jamming.” You can learn more about Pato and how he started and got the name Pato Banton. Pretty interesting interview on the disk.

I really enjoyed the concert and I can’t wait til Pato is around the area again. I’ll definitely check it out.
