Evanescence-y. But not bad.
Sure, the style is dated, but the sexy, powerful vocals and catchy choruses help temper the eye-rolling 90s angst thing. Still, way too much corporate rock polish and the peppering of electro bloops seems like an afterthought.
I like the vox, but it’s hard to shake the feeling that they sound like a band created in some A&R guy’s basement.
