Portland’s The Planet The play spastic post-punk that would be cool if it weren’t so irritating.

Some songs are good. “Toledo Vader” is cute in a Mr. Bungle way, and “Uno Violence” and “High School Hands” work as mathrock tunes. Other ones are downright grating and unsettling in its artsy irony, like “Man Called Wife” and “Arty Movie”. Bungle fans might like it.
