Logan Trailer Feels Like An Indie Western

The trailer for the last Hugh Jackman/Wolverine movie, Logan, premiered this morning and it doesn’t even feel like it has mutants in it. The entire trailer felt like some Indie Western set in a dystopian future, with Johnny Cash’s cover of “Hurt” playing throughout the video. All it needed was to be filmed in black & white and say it will debut at Sundance.
Logan is now old, and Professor X (Patrick Stewart) is just as old. Looks like Logan has a daughter or she a young female clone of him? Details on the plot are thin but the trailer looked interesting despite it not looking like a comic book movie. But hey, it’s Rated R! Thanks Deadpool!
The film stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Stephen Merchant, Richard E. Grant, and Elizabeth Rodriguez. It opens March 3th 2017.
