P Is For Panda announces the release of Mike Dunn & The Kings of New England debut release Sundowner which is the 5th release by P is for Panda. Sundowner has already been chosen to be Paste Magazines Artist Discovery of the Month (Part of their digital VIP program) Describing Sundowner “… Mike Dunn & The Kings of New England…..sets stories of cross-country travel to a classic acoustic medley, transporting listeners right onto the open road. Dunn cites Bruce Springsteen, Paul Westerberg and Tom Petty as long-time influences, and songs like “Dusty Photographs” and “Don’t You Dare” carry the spirit of Gold-era Ryan Adams.”

The debut was produced over two years time and features a collection of friends helping Mike finish his record. These friends are dubbed “The Kings of New England” Featuring 11 tracks, Mike Dunn sums up Sundowner by saying “It’s about finding out who you are and who you want to be, where you want to be and who you want to be there with, it’s about love lost and found and lost again, and it’s about knowing that it’s all part of life because most things we worry about never happen anyway, right?”
