Like most nu-metal, PIPEBOMB has that mid-tempo chunka-chunka sound that really irritates me.
The chunka-chunka is fleshed out with coherent, sometimes harmonic, multi-vocals, repetitive guitars, and pretty fly drums.
Whats interesting about PIPEBOMB are the various vocal styles that range from old Soundgarden screeching to grungey and nasal low humming/singing to hair band ballad range. They dont exactly light the fuse under me, but theyre also not a dud.
